This PhD research assesses past experiences in public housing policies and their intersections with territorial planning, identifying shortcomings and highlighting best practices. This opens new perspectives, offering alternatives to the exponential production of housing units as the primary solution to existing precarious conditions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VitaC i<\/strong>s a monthly seminar series that aims to explore and highlight the latest research initiatives at CiTUA.
