All stories have meaning and purpose. No matter how small they may be, they deserve to be kept and remembered in our memories. For many, these stories come to life through music, painting, or even sculpture.
As part of an initiative promoted by FUNDEC, Prof. António Trigo Teixeira (Instituto Superior Técnico) was challenged to create an illustration with a message for the cover of FUNDEC’s new notebook.
The starting point for this creation was the Statue of Engineering, located at the Instituto Superior Técnico, a true source of inspiration for the design.
Through a brief interview with the Professor, we invite you to learn about the history behind this work and reflect on its symbolism.
